Una parte de cada pago contribuye a la compra final, en lugar de ser tratada puramente como alquiler.<\/p><p>Este enfoque est\u00e1 ganando popularidad en LATAM por algunas razones.<\/p><p>Los ingresos suelen ser informales o variables. Ahorrar para un dep\u00f3sito grande puede llevar a\u00f1os. Los procesos hipotecarios tradicionales pueden parecer lentos e inaccesibles. Los desarrolladores tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n comenzando a ofrecer financiaci\u00f3n integrada dentro de las plataformas inmobiliarias.<\/p><p>En cada caso, aparece la misma brecha al principio del viaje. Hay datos limitados para respaldar una decisi\u00f3n segura.<\/p><p>La perspectiva conductual ayuda a cerrar esa brecha.
